1. Referring to the demarche made to Pakistan on 1st December, asking Islamabad to honour the commitments made on several occasions, not to allow Pakistani territory to be used for terrorist attacks against India, EAM stressed that it was time for Pakistani action not words.

01 दिसंबर को पाकिस्तान को दिए गए विरोध पत्र जिसमें पाकिस्तान से अनेक अवसरों पर किए गए वादों का सम्मान करने और पाकिस्तानी क्षेत्र को भारत के विरुद्ध आतंकवादी हमलों के लिए प्रयोग किए जाने की अनुमति न देने के लिए कहा गया था, का उल्लेख करते हुए विदेश मंत्री ने जोर दिया कि यह पाकिस्तान के लिए कार्रवाई करने का समय है, बातें करने का नहीं ।

2. पाकिस्तान सरकार से यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि कुलभूषण जाधव के अपहरण के मामले में विश्वासजनक सबूतों का अभाव है और उनपर मनगढंत आरोप लगाए गए हैं, उनके खिलाफ मामले की हास्यास्पद सुनवाई, 13 निवेदन के बाद भी कांसुलर एक्सेस से इनकार, सरकार और भारत के लोग इसे पूर्व-नियोजित हत्या मानेंगे अगर उनको सुनाई गई सजा सच पर अमल होता है।
